Good workout routine?

I am wanting to go to Police Academy in January 2011. I would like to lose about 40 lbs before then and get in better shape. I actually like going to the gym but I have a hard time finding a good routine. I keep wanting to do the same thing over and over again and then I get burnt out and quit going. Can someone show me a website or tell me about a good routine to follow when working out?

  • In order to lose weight your going to need to up your cardio-between sixty and ninety minutes is weight loss range. I would suggest doing the elliptical or biking as those burn the most calories. Also, you should do strength training two-three times a week and target all major muscle groups. Drink water.

  • If you want a good work-out go buy Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred! It only costs like $10, and it's a killer work-out in only 20 min.!
