I am wanting to go to Police Academy in January 2011. I would like to lose about 40 lbs before then and get in better shape. I actually like going to the gym but I have a hard time finding a good routine. I keep wanting to do the same thing over and over again and then I get burnt out and quit going. Can someone show me a website or tell me about a good routine to follow when working out?
