What is a good detox program?

I want to redo my whole way of eating. I would like to start with a detox.

  • cut the junk, the processed foods. eat cleansing veggies like broccoli, collard greens, swiss chard, kale and spinach.
    if you want you can cut meat, dairy and gluten for a bit.
    your body has a built in cleansing system, your digestive system, your kidneys and your liver.
