I will be 9 weeks pregnant tomorrow. I have been feeling nausea (no vomiting) and period like cramps since around 6 weeks. The past couple days i have not had any of these symptoms and beginning to worry. Is this normal to go a couple days in your first trimester with no symptoms after having symptoms?

  • The nausea could come back with a vengeance tonight, tomorrow, next week, etc. The pregnancy symptoms can come and go. A lucky few lose the morning sickness at around 10 weeks (I did with my 3rd). So, only time will tell. Either your past the hump or you're in for a doozy. As long as you aren't bleeding, don't worry.

  • Yes...that can happen. With my most recent pregnancy my morning sickness only lasted about 2-3 weeks and I freaked too. I didn't feel pregnant at all for weeks! Enjoy it... it likely won't last!
