I love halibut - especially if it's very fresh. Here are a couple of recipes:
Toss a few pepper strips and snap peas in olive oil. Place in a few on foil. Place a piece of fish on the pepper strips and peas and salt and pepper the fisht. Put 2 lemon slices on top (can also put in a little white wine). Roll up foil and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes (depends on thickness of fish)
For oven-fried haddock, preheat oven and baking sheet at 350 degress. Dip the haddock in flour, then milk and then bread or Panko crumbs. Put olive oil on the sheet and bake until done - about 15 minutes - again depends on thickness.
