Anyone know how long to boil frozen ravioli?

The package says to boil it until it reaches a certain internal temp. I do have a cooking thermometer, but wanted to know about how long to expect it to take until it's done.

  • Until they float, 3-5 min typically otherwise you may end up with mushy ravioli that fall apart

  • just feel of it ... give it about 20 minutes or so, take one out and test it with your hand

  • I agree with silversmom. They really don't take very long to cook through. Floating means they're done.
