Where can I get free or fairly cheap audio books?

I'm actually looking for ones for myself (I'm a fan of Stephen King, Christopher Moore, Tami Hoag, pretty much anything...) and for my daughters. They're 1 and 4. The 4 year old loves stories with adventure and peril! Not so into things like Dora, Clifford, etc...
Where can I find the best deal and most variety?

  • Try paperbackswap.com It's a website where you post your own books and people request them and you can request other's books. It's like an online library type thing. It's free to join and all you pay is shipping for the books people get from you. Plus, after putting up your first 10 books, you get two site credits. One credit gets you a regular book, 2 gets an audio book.
I just joined a few days ago and have had 8 books requested and my first two have already shipped.
