  • A flower garden, maybe chickens. Some low maintenance stuff. No livestock.

  • Outbuildings to house abandoned or abused dogs and cats. I always say to my hubby if we ever win a big lottery I'll be breaking ground ASAP somewhere to get the rescue started :)

  • I have an 1/2 acre the smallest lot for my area. Most of my neighbors have 1 acre lots. We are zone residential so we can't really have anything other then a garden, trees, etc. Well not all of us are zone residential, I and my other neighbor are zone residential AG where means we can have small farm animals like chickens, ducks, rabbits. Although the seeing the rest of my neighbors are ONLY residential I don't think they would appreciate me having some chickens. 1 acre lots are big lots, but I don't think they are as big as what some people think. I would have the same thing i have now; swing and yard trampoline for the the kids. Raspberry patch. and a veggie garden. Currently I have some trees for shade. If I had an acre I would have some fruit trees like my neighbors with acre lots. That would be about it. I could but fruit trees up now, but then I wouldn't have a sunny spot for my garden.

  • I'd feel suffocated. We have 15 & it doesn't feel big enough at times. We have fields, woods, pond, blueberries, chicken coop and garden.

  • I would have a pool! I live in Missouri, and out ground freezes and thaws alot,,so inground pools come with some headaches, so I would have a really sweet above ground pool with fab deck all around it,, I would also have a nice veggie garden, and a concrete place to play basketball,, maybe a playhouse? I grew up out in the country and now live in the city,, so I would have lots of plans! I might also have a garage, if my house didn't have one!

  • Veggie garden with squash, tomatoes, zucchini, watermelon, onions; then an herb garden with 5 or 6 herbs like cilantro, basil, rosemary, oregano, lavender. Berry bushes are great, just keep them far enough away from the house so that the kids won't get stung by bees. Then a nice swing set, blow up pool, a great patio area to have parties, and a fire pit!

  • Besides the obvious of a HOUSE?!!! A pond, veggie and herb gardens. Flower gardens, lots of trees, with the back fenced off so the bassets can run without getting loose.
