What is a good tummy exercise after c-section?

I had twins 3 years ago. I gained way to much weight, but have lost all of it. I am still so frustrated with that pouch that hangs over my c-section scar. Crunches seem to just tone up my upper abs, but not that lower tummy area. Any suggestions...

  • someone was saying the other day leg lifts, where you lie on your back and move your legs because they target the lower abs.
