I am 6 weeks pregnant, is it ok to do small floor exercises?

Like leg lifts or arm exercises?

  • if you worked out pre pregnancy it is actually helpful to continue to work out during pregnancy. I jogged 4 miles a day till I was a good 6 mos pregnant

  • It's safe as long as your not high risk, and as long as you don't increase your exercising, especially early in your pregnancy. If you're concerned, call your doctor. But it normally safe as long as your not high risk.
