  • That's just about all I wear. I get them at PayLess, they are called SafeTsteps. I started wearing them as a server, and now they are all I wear - super comfy and slip resistant...

Here's the link *there are other styles*

  • Try Naturalizer... They have really comfortable shoes, and they last a LONG time.

  • K mart has no skid restaurant grade shoes. They are pretty comfortable. I wore them as a cashier and they are around 30 bucks

  • Payless has shoes that are black with a non skid sole. My DH likes them alot and says they are comfortable. The store employees should be able to help you find them, but I believe the box is orange.

  • I have some waiter friends who bought the same sort (as mentioned by coala) at Walmart. They were happy with them.

  • No, No... Spend the money for some excellent shoes. Earth Shoes are the best! Negative heel, which aligns your spine while you stand. They are very healthy for your body. Sure, they cost about 100.00, but trust me.. if you stand all day, they are the best!!

  • OH, No! Do your self a favor and stay away from Earthshoes... They can cause a lot of damage to your hips and spine... And as she said they are $$$! Do yourself a favor and don't risk your ability to walk just for a pair of over priced shoes.
