  • Yes. It's best to stay away from Diet, but you shouldn't drink those when you aren't pregnant...

  • I am a Mountain Dew addict. I drink entirety too much. But when I was pregnant my ob/gyn suggested that I drink only 1-2 regular a day and if I must have more to drink the rest caffeine free.

  • I drank diet soda when I was pregnant with both kids and my kids were fine when they were born. I just drank it in moderation.

  • 300mg of caffeine a day or less...preferrably less. A single can of my beloved Dr Pepper has 41mg of caffeine in it. Coffee's, especially coffee house coffee's have way more.

  • Yes, but in moderation. My dr. always told me no more than one can of soda or one cup of coffee. I did none just to be safe.
