How much should a 21 month old eat?

Example:

For breakfast, my son will typically eat a bowl of cereal (probably a cup worth) with fruit or one scramble egg, two sausage links, and a piece of toast with milk.

Is this a enough or should I increase his portion sizes.

  • my son is 16months and some days he dont eat much other days he eats more then his 4yr old bro so it just depends i put what i think he should eat on his plate if he wants more i will give him more he is good at letting me know if he wants more or not but what you are giving is good....my son will eat a pancake and 3 sausages scrambeld eggs and then have a snack two hours later.....he is 26 lbs and 25inches
