Is it worth it? Did it work for you?
I don't have much weight to lose. None, really. But pregnancy left me soft and squishy, and I hate it. I'm looking for something short (being a mom leaves little time to work out) but effective to help me tone up. What was your opinion of it? Do you have any other suggestions/recommendations?

I love doing interval training, it has really helped change my body. Not only am I losing weight but I'm definitely getting toned all over. I don't get bored while doing it because the routine constantly changes. You can do it at home or at a gym which I've done both but like doing it at home more. This is the website that I came across that got me started, it is filled with loads of tips on weight loss and toning up. Good luck!
