What will your grandparents look like? For christians.

If you believe your grandparents and previous generations are going to heaven, what will they look like? Young? Same? Are we all going to look the same age?

I believe in a paradise returned. I believe my grandparents and relatives are going to look like their 20's. Its kind of weird! lol

  • I don't think anyone knows the answer to your question, but it is something that is interesting to think about from time to time. The Bible only says that we will know as we are known, so I believe that we will know each other. That's about all I can say for sure!

  • i never thought of it that way. i always thought of them in Heaven as i knew them here on earth. however, i'm also aware that scripture tells us our bodies will be changed..no more sickness, blahblahblah..so i don't think my grandparents will still be blind! lol...not really important to me, though..as long as we're all there, i'm good!

  • I really cannot say. Perhaps we will be the age we are when we died? The bible says we will have new bodies but that we will all be recognizable by our loved ones. Probably one of hose things we have to wait and see.

  • I am not sure but I thought there was a verse where Jesus (after he rose from the dead) said something about us having a new body like his. So with that I always figured we would be around his age (33) for some reason.

  • I think they will be spirits and there might be a feeling of love from those who passed before us, but no bodies or features. I think we will know that their spirit is there, but will have no real vision of them.

  • I don't know, but I think they will look like what we find most comforting. If we remember them as older they may look older to us. If we imagine them as they would have been when they were young, we might see them as young.

  • No base of my opinion in the Bible but I feel we will be the age we were when we were our most happy in our earthly life or the age we were when we first became a Christian. As I say I have no Biblical backing so take my opinion with a grain of saly.
