So if people can sue McD's for making my kid fat ...

can I sue Budweiser for making my husband a drunk? (hypothetical)

Just curious what you think.

  • btw its stupid people are suing fast food joints for making them/their kids fat. they need to put a control on themselves !!! cook food at home, maintain a strict diet plan for your kids. i allow junk food (i.e. burgers and fries or pizza) after 2 weeks in my house. rest of the days i cook !
i mean now people are going to start suing the tv companies for making their eyes go bad !!
    just sharing..

  • Suing for making a kid fat this is going to make a lot of people mad but if you sue for that what will be next suing for forgetting to take birth control. Wow that sounds silly whatever happened to personal responsibility. I teach my kids that. I am in the last fifty pounds of my weight loss goals and this would be as silly as me suing little Debby for making me fat nobody forced me to eat them. LOL

  • You shouldn't be able to sue a restaurant for making you or child fat. They didn't make you eat that food. You CHOSE to eat that food. Your lazy ass could have stayed home and prepares a wholesome and nutritious meal.
