Well, so far, my son has been going to summer speech therapy twice a week and next week will be the last session, then he will be going to the local hospital for occupational therapy once a week for the remainder of the summer. Believe it or not, he thinks these activities are fun! They are, in a way. At speech, he gets to play games to help him learn how to take turns in a conversation and learn problem solving skills, and at OT he will be doing lots of things to help with his fine motor skills. The best part is he has no idea he's actually LEARNING!!!
