  • It's totally fine at 43 weeks if you're comfortable :) You're not gonna squish your baby, your body will tell you when you need to stop.

  • of course. I slpet on my stomach every night till i was 7 months. Then it got oncomfortable. I am a larger woman so i asked my doc and she said as long as your comfortable and the baby isnt panicking in there like he got something squished for some reason your fine :0 Enjoy it while you can. At sonme point it will feel like your sleeping on a ball and wont be comfy anymore :)

  • It's safe until you feel uncomfortable doing it...listen to your body. I'm 18 weeks with my 2nd and I can't sleep on my stomach anymore. I feel like I can't breath and the baby kind of squirms to the side when I lay on my tummy.
