  • We've been eating a lot more fruit lately, blueberries, cantaloupe, bananas. Also we have been eating different vegetables like squash, cabbage, spinach. I know most of those are things you can get in the winter too, but we just started changing it up some :)

  • I found a wonderful Emeril Lagasse cous cous salad recipe. My hubby hates cous cous but he loves this salad.

  • I have been craving big salads---lettuce, fresh spinach, tomatos, cucumbers, all the other raw veggies you can think of with chicken or ham, yummy it is so good you hardly need dressing. And pasta salads and potato salad, and fruit yummy yummy yummy, watermelon, strawberries

  • I love salads: spaghetti salad with lot of vegi's avocados and feta cheese, pasta salad, potato salad, 3 bean salad, broccoli bacon salad, ramen noodle salad, fresh fruit, corn on the cob, baked beans......pretty much all of the traditional summer foods!!
