Printable stories to test reading fluency

I am trying to find a site that has those short stories like teachers send home. The ones with the numbers after each sentence to test for reading fluency. How many words per minute a child can read. Does anyone know where I can find these? Thanks in advance.

  • When I was a teacher, we would just choose a passage from any story that was on grade level and we had to count and number the words ourselves.

Here is one, however, it does not have the numbers at the end of the sentence. You can always just count the words though. Here is also another website. It tells you how to score the readings and they do have readings that you can print out but they cost about $90 a year for there services.
