What form of asprin can you take while pregnant?

  • I was told the only acceptable pain reliever was tylenol or a generic form of it. Asprin thins the blood.

  • I was always told Tylenol was the safest. You can't take real aspirin.

  • tylenol. my dr told me not to exceed 4000 mg a day.

  • Aspirin is supposed to be avoided while pregnant. The safest is Tylenol, only when needed.

  • none as far as i know. i was always afraid of the effects that asprins have on an unborn child. ask your doctor

  • Excedrin has aspirin in it, so no Excedrin.

  • They DO make an Excedrin with Tylenol instead of Aspirin. It's one of their migraine formulas I believe.
