Need some chicken dinner ideas. Im tired of my regular ones.

  • I make my own teriyaki sauce and simmer until done, everyone loves it.

    I don't have a "recipe" I just do it to taste...

    warm water (about 3 cups)
    dissolve sugar into water (start with 2-3 tbs)
    mix in soysauce (1/4 cup)
    tsps of crushed garlic
    a bit of cayenne pepper if you like it spicy

    adjust all to taste

  • Cheezy chicken (Crock Pot recipe)
    Up to 4 chicken breasts
    2 cans of Campbells Cheddar cheese
    1 Can of milk
    1 t of basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    In crock pot on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 4-6 hours
    serve with rice or mashed potatoes and use the cheddar sauce to pour over everything...
    It is very good and easy cheap recipe and everyone loves it!

  • Last night I took boneless/skinless chicken breasts and poked a bunch of holes in each. I doused them in BBQ sauce and baked them at 375 for about 1 hr.

    I have also done that and then rolled them in bread crumbs after doing the bbq sauce and they turn out really nummy that way as well.

    Ive also sliced the breasts up into thin slices and rolled them in crumbs then baked them as chicken strips.

  • Cube it up. Mix it in egg, then coat it with bread crumbs. That's one of my families favorites, the little ones always call it chicken nuggets, but it's just breaded chicken. Can do the same thing with fish.

  • I got bored and decided totry something new one day. I baked the chicken, in a small frying pan i chopped the bacon into 1 inch squares and cooked it, in a bigger frying pan i sauteed chopped onions tomatoes and mushrooms, when the chicken was almost done i poured the mixture from the bigger pan over the top of the chicken, then added strips of mozerrela cheese over that baked a little while longer then took it out and spread the bacon over the cheese

  • Cut into bite sized pieces. Cook with TINY amount of oil (enough to keep from sticking to skillet), salt, pepper, onion, and garlic. Then toss with Parmesan cheese and serve over egg noodles. Easy, easy but my family LOVES it.
