I'm having a miscarriage can I go jogging???

I'm miscarrying my baby and I am so tore up about it, I can't stop crying. I really relive my stress by jogging, and I feel like I just want to run until it stops hurting inside. Does anyone even know if it is OK to jog while my body is miscarrying?

  • It really depends on how far along you are. If it's less than 10 weeks, I would say it's OK but I am not a Dr. . Maybe you could put a call in and ask your Dr. Maybe just take a nice walk. I am very sorry for you, I know, I have been there too. :(
