Wikileaks published 9/11 messages. Were the messages supposed to be kept private?

  • I dont think they care about privacy. They are the same people that leaked out the video of troops shooting down people in Iraq, not supposed to be seen, but it was seen.

  • I don't know, but it seems to be a bit insensitive to release them. But then, we ARE talking about wikileaks.....

  • It's tricky, sometimes it can reveal something that is being swept under the rug. Other times, as in the 9/11 tapes, it just reopens old wounds for the families......
