what cheers u up when you are pregnant and depressed...I am having a bad day!! any suggestions??

  • My favorite thing to do to cheer me up when I was pregnant was to look at the baby stuff I had and fold and organize all of her clothes. Just holding the little outfits or the booties cheered me up every time.

  • Well it's probably not the greatest idea (nor the healthiest) but if I get really down I usually eat something sweet and delicious and it makes me feel better lol..
