Do you think men tend to be more often pro-choice than women...or the opposite?

Do you and your husband have the same stance on abortion?

  • I have met a few men who labeled themselves pro choice. They said it's because they don't carry children so they don't think they should have a say. So a pro choice stance makes it seem like they aren't picking a side. But those were mostly my college friends. Maybe they have changed over the years.

My husband and I have the same views on Abortion. We are pro-life.

  • He's pro-choice as well. I don't know what his 'limit' might be though.

I wouldn't say it's different based on sex but background and ideals...conservatives of either sex are more prone to being pro-life and liberals of either sex are more prone to being pro-choice with independents falling anywhere...that's my view of it anyway

  • It depends, if they are sweating waiting for some FLOOSEY'S test .....they are PRO-CHOICE without the guilt because THEY didn't have to make the decision...

After they dont have to worry about that..married and hopefully NOT banging FLOOSEY'S anymore, I think they start shooting off at the mouth about pro life....ya know because it aint about THEM anymore

  • My husband and I are both pro-choice. We both realize there are good (rape/health of mother) reasons for abortion and the world is not black and white.

  • I have known few men who even have an opinion about this. Except for politicians at election time. They all seem to have a strong stance then. My husband and I do not share the same views on abortion.

  • we're both pro life. i think men tend to claim to be pro choice to not sound sexist even though sexism has nothing to do with it, it's the innocent baby

  • My husband doesn't like being pidgeonholed into labels and such. He says that abortions should stay legal and be available, but they shouldn't be used as repeated birth control.

I'm pretty much the same way, but I label myself pro-choice.

  • He use to be pro-choice, until is ex had an abortion, and that really tore their marriage and relationship apart. Now he is pro-life.
