How do you shed this post pregnancy weight quickly

I've lost about 50 lbs. but it seems like the last of it wont come off and still have a pooch.

  • I think it's always going to be there. Mine is still there.
    But, if you think about it, it's mainly just loose skin, not fat.

  • breastfeeding helped a lot and slowly excerises i would do 20 situps in the morning and at night ask ur doc first and eating a lot of organic food and drinking distilled water helped me

  • excercise, and a healthy diet.. don't skip only hurt your self and your baby, and end up putting on twice the amount of weight you lost from that. Do it rigght.
