  • I don't really have a best friend beside dh. I have two college roommates that I talked to on the phone about once a month. I would call them my closest friends but since they don't live near me we can't hang out or anything.

  • I would have to say girl, but there's not really just one. I have been blessed beyond measure. I heard a friend asking someone else how many close friends they had, they said several, then she asked "that you'd trust with your husband", to that she replied "oh, okay, maybe just a couple"! I thought about it alot!!! I have more than I could believe, Megan, Trina Kay, Jen, Rachel, Naomi, Beth, Jackie, Lezlie, ...and I could name others. We're talking friends, that I could call right now and say I needed something, and they'd break their necks to help me. I was reminded to thank God for my friends!!!! I don't have ANY male "friends".

  • I would have to say my best friend is my mother. I am very lucky. I have a unique relationship with my mother. I can tell her almost anything and she can tell me anything. I know it sounds strange. When I was growing up it was a typical mother/daughter relationship but since I was about 35 we have become very close.

  • My husband is by far my best friend. Besides him, the two people I'm closest to are females (my mom and a friend I've known for years). I don't think it's good for a married woman to have a male best friend that isn't her husband (unless he's gay or they've known each other longer than they've been married). It's hard to keep the feelings from growing into something more. I've been there, I've done it... won't do it again.
