  • That is not going to be possible. It will depend on where you live. Also remember the housing market is really down right now. That is all going to affect thing.

  • Definitely depends on the area. In our area it's about $150,000. Way out of our price range.

  • depends on your location.. a house in my town with a basement typically costs between 40,000-100,000 (pending on the size you want for the house and that's about the average figures).

if you want a house in Clarence, NY (about 40 mins away) you can doubt that price range easily.

if you want a house in a different state that could easily triple or quadrupedal.

  • there are so many factors you have to put into consideration. You cant make a ball point figure. the piece of CRAP house next door that is falling apart is selling for $130,000.00. But, the house next door to that, which is a pretty nice home is selling for $250,000.00.

  • Depends greatly on the area, size of house and size of lot. In my area the, average is about 500,000 for a new home. But resales start around 100,000.  I am near Washington, DC.

  • Depends on the location, the type of basement, how big the house is, etc.
We have a four bedroom, two story house with a "Michigan Basement". Which is basically a unfinished hole in the earth. We bought our house for 71,000 dollars. However, if you'd go into the next town over the same exact house wouldn't go for anything under 100,000 or more. A house we were looking at that was a two story 5 bedroom house in worse shape the houses around it they were asking 200,000.
