When you say you'll pray for someone here on CafeMom....

do you do it, or do you just say it and then forget?

  • I would never lie about promising to pray for someone. That's horrible.

  • Always do it, never say anything I don't mean.

  • I do it. To ensure that I don't forget, I'll pause and pray right after I say I will, before moving on.

  • I usually lift them up as I answer. I believe, too, that God pays attention to what is on our hearts, so I believe by keeping someone in my heart/thoughts it helps, too. :)

  • I pray just before I answer. I will usually answer that I have already prayed for them...my memory isn't good enough to rely on doing it later.

  • Honestly, I don't think I've ever said it. But If I did, I would make sure I included them in my prayers. I do tend to do a general blessing when I pray for all those in need...
