Bad pain in the back of my leg/lower part of my butt....what could it be?

It's really sore but doesn't really feel like a pulled muscle...Any ideas?

  • Do you keep anything in your back pocket?
I used to keep my cell phone in my back pocket and after a while, my lower butt, upper leg started aching.

  • I have that pain every single day :(
Its the sciatic nerve. If your not pregnant ( which is commone with pregnancy)...did you possibly pinch the nerve in your lower back?

  • yep sounds like classic sciatic nerve pain. Heat can help, a chiropractor can help a little bit as well, but sometimes only time will help it. I've had it last for months
