  • Yes. And as soon as I realise that I'm in the wrong.

When I was younger, and we were first married. Hell no I wouldn't, I was stubborn and damn it I had to make a point whether I was right or wrong. Yeah, that is NOT the way to handle things.. I learned that lesson the hard way.. lol

I agree with "Elizabr".. When I learned how to admit I was wrong, and let go of having to have the last word or make a point. It was liberating.. And so many things just became so much easier to deal with.. :-)

  • YES! I am really annoyed that people can't/won't admit when they are wrong. I work really hard to make amends for any wrongs I make.
I definitely teach my kids to admit when they are wrong and teach them they have to make things right too.

  • Yes and quickly. If it helps keep things calm I'll admit to being wrong even when I'm not! lol

  • Yup. Took me a long time to learn how to do it with dignity, but it is liberating.

  • Yes. There was a time I wouldn't, but I've learned that when I'm wrong I need to say so and apologize.

  • Oh yes, I have no problem admitting when I am wrong. I am human and I do make mistakes and I own up to them. And I like to make them teachable moments to my kids, let them know it is ok to be wrong and make mistakes and make mends. Life will go on and it makes you a bigger and better person for it.
