Gave dd a glycerine suppository this morning

And 5 and a half hours later she still hasn't gone poop! It's been 6 days. If she was still just getting breastmilk it wouldn't be a big deal but she gets cereal and veggies too. How long do I wait this out? And her doc is the one that suggested the suppositories for when she goes more than 5 days.

  • How old is she? My doc said to wait longer than 5 days when my son was a baby. But yeah, call the doc.

  • I would call the doctor back. She has to be terribly uncomfortable. She could have impacted feces or something if the suppository isn't working.
