i have rippley arms!

have a meaty-ish batwing going on lol, i know gross! thats why i am trying to fix it! it is starting to get stretchmarks and is starting to look cellulite-ish (i do not have cellulite anywhere else wich is confusing to me) its starting to get warm and i am dreading wearing anything that does not cover my arms! and i am moving back home to las vegas in a few weeks wich will not i repeat NOT allow me to wear long or half sleeves lol... and i am trying to prevent this as much as possible. any tips/ ideas how to help get rid of this asap! ?

  • i have the same problem and it's really hard bc as m-avi said you can lift weights, but i build muscle soooo easily i end up looking like the incredible hulk if i'm not careful. if you do find that you're getting too much muscle you can always do more reps with a lighter weight.... that does seem to help both of the problems lol

  • You can lift light weights. That will help tone that area up. I lift 5 lbs. weights.

  • You can't prevent it without doing the right toning excersises. Lifting weights only tones the muscle, but it does not remove the fat, which causes the bat wing. Also you are probably losing elasticity in your skin, which can be helped by certain vitimins. You should do toning excersises to help encourage the arm to jump back into shape. Yoga has some toning excersises that can help, as well as pilates. Look online for some others you can try.
