Swim bladder disease

Pretty sure my classroom betta has swim bladder disease. If you had a fish that had this, what did you do to help them and did the ever swim right again afterwards? Thanks

  • It just means that they are probably constipated. I just feed mine less. He's fine now. I've also read you can feed them a pea to help, but I never tried it.

  • Thanks. I did do some reading so he is going to go a few days with no food to see if that fixes it. If not, then we will do the pea.
