  • OHHH lets see my 4 yr old did it @ 8 months & on she did it great right away, but my 21 month old he hasn't done it yet.

  • My first was close to a year I think(more my doing than his) but my baby right now was 7 months.

  • We tried sippy cups for about a month but he wasn't getting the hang of them then when he was around 13 months old we tried the straw cups and he did great on them so we switched him to those.

  • I don't remember for sure when my oldest started using a straw....but my youngest is 11months and he has been able to use a straw for the last couple months

  • I believe she was about 8-9 months old. She got her brother's cup with a lid and straw and just went crazy.

  • My son was 6 months old when he first got something to come through the straw...was really good at it by 7 months.
