Can someone suggest a good workout dvd or something that is on demand?

I am looking for something with aerobic or dance activity, about 20 or 30 minutes just to get me moving everyday or every other. Not something that is going to kill me. lol Thanks.

  • I am too. I looked in Zumba, but for me, it's too expensive. I found a country line dancing video at Sam's. I'm not sure if I am going to buy that or not, but it might be something you'd like.

  • I like walk off the pounds. I bought a DVD with 4 levels. It isn't dancey though. You walk in place in front of your TV- kicks, side steps.

  • Turbo Jam is awesome. It's aerobics, mixed in with a little kickboxing and dance, all set to upbeat music. I love it!

  • Walk away the Pounds (there are several of them) are good for low impact, and Cardio Blast Salsa is fun for a change of pace.

  • Walk away the pounds are good, they won't kill you because you can go at your own pace. A fun one is Hip Hop Abs that will get you moving.

  • Anything Denise Austin has is great. I lost my baby weight and got back in shape with this. Also try walking in alternates with the workout. It breaks up the routine and keeps your workout interesting as well as being heart healthy.

  • I'm a Beachbody Coach and can suggest a few DVD's that you might like.

    Slim in 6 and Turbo Jam are great workouts.

    I started with Slim in 6 and moved up to Turbo Jam, which is more high energy/kickboxing. Lots of fun and each program has a variety of workouts, so you won't get bored doing the same thing over and over.
