Would you be angry if you parked on the street and...

the house you park in front of watered their lawn and it sprayed your car?

There has been a truck parked in front of my house for two days. I kept waiting for it to leave to water, but my lawn is getting crispy. My sprinklers are fickle and it takes a few minutes to get them set right, so when I watered it got the truck wet. oops!

Would you be mad about that?

  • nope i wouldn be mad, thats what happens when you park on the street.
if someone parked in fromt my house for 2 days straight or more i would intentionally water my lawn or let my kids go crzy with the hose. everyone on my street has drive ways and all can fit at least 4 cars, so there isnt any reason to park on the street

  • no. i'd appreciate the free rinse myself. just make sure the windows aren't down, or you might have to move the sprinkler over, just to be considerate.

  • I wouldn't be mad. It's just water.

  • NO! Hasn't the owner of the truck ever heard of RAIN?!? LOL :o)

  • I guess that depends on what kind of truck and how new and such, If it was my car standing in front of someone else's house, I don't think i'll be mad if it got wet. It would be my own fault for parking there.

  • No. I would expect it parking in front of someone else's house.

  • Nope, it's just water and if it's been there for 2 days my guess is thw owner doesn't really care about their vehicle.

  • the street is public parking unless otherwise stated. Think of it this way, they are getting a free car wash!

  • The windows are up and there is nothing in the bed.

We use to have a neighbor that LOVED his car... one drop of rain and he was out there drying it off. So now I am paranoid about it :D
