Anyone have a new and different dinner ideas for picky eaters (and I'm talking about my husband)?

I feel like I make the same things over and over again. My hubby can be a picky eater. He will not eat fish or fruit and veggies can be limited. My autistic son is usually a better eater than him. I feel like I'm stuck. Any ideas?

  • Chili is always good. I've yet to meet a picky eater that won't eat chili made from scratch.

  • bake chicken, shred it, use a little of the drippings with water and mexican seasonings to make a sauce for it. Mix it all together and use it any way you'd use a tortilla - fajitas, tacos, burritos, wrap it and fry it for chimichangas. Put guacamole and sour cream on the side for everyone else in the house and do some rice on the side.
