Blister looking spot when cutting teeth?

My son is 11 months and is getting his top two front teeth. The gum looks like it has two little blisters where the teeth are coming in. It doesnt seem to hurt or bother him. Is that normal?

  • Yes, totally normal. If it turns bright purple and wells up, then take him to the doc, otherwise he is fine.

  • Yep, it is still fine. It is probably because his other teeth are also rubbing his gums and the rubbing from both sides is irritating them.
