Could I be pregnant this fast?

I had a normal cycle for my period. I started on the 13th of this month and ended it on the 19th it was 6 days long, they day after on the 20th my husband and I had unprotected sex. They say sperm lives in your fallopian tubes for 2-8 days depending. Now that it's the 26th I wiped after going to the restroom and I had blood on the toilet paper. Could I be pregnant?

  • everyone ovulates differently. It usually occures around the 14th day of the cycle. You had unprotected sex on the eight day of the cycle. (As you period marks the first day of the cycle) So depending on when you ovulate and how long the sperm live, you could in theory, be pregnant.

  • i don't think so, but it is possible. You won't be able to test until July 10th though. Medical assisting school says sperm only live for three days so eight is a huge stretch. I doubt they would live that long.

  • If you had unprotected sex, or ANY sex for that matter, there is always a chance you could be pregnant. People can even get pregnant on their periods. Wait until your next period and if you miss it, take a test.
