  • Yes, I try to get mine to all the time. He's stubborn though!

  • Nope. He loses weight a lot quicker than I do and it's frustrating.

  • Absolutely, and it would make things much easier. I try to eat healthy, but he never wants always talks me into eating something fattening, lol. It's hard to eat whole grains and lean meats when he's eating a delicious-looking pizza, lol!

  • No, it would piss me off.

He could stop eating crackers and lose 10 lbs in a week and a half. I could stop eating crackers and lose 2 oz.

  • Of course! We are doing it right now, well just trying to eat healthier. It would be really hard for us NOT to do it together. I cook for our family so if he wasn't on board or vice versa, we would never be able to stay on track.

  • yes, in fact we plan on doing it soon.

Answer by Decker at 1:23 AM on Jun. 27, 2010

  • We started in December together... he's lost 60+ and I've lost 40+. It has been great! ( we're not on a diet though...we made a lifetstyle change)
