What is your best diet tip?

Trying to get rid of the baby squish, the weight is gone, but I could definitely be leaner and I'm looking for things that actually work. And I can't take supplements.

  • The best tip I can give you is to not try and cut out all your favorite foods and eat in moderation. even if that means eating 4-5 smaller meals a day.

  • Cut out starches and drink a lot of water. Also, avoid a lot of processed foods. Stick with products with as few ingredients as possible. :)

  • Cut down on the sodium. Drink lots of water, chew gum when you feel like you just want to snack on something. Exercise! If you just want to tone up, exercise is the only thing that is going to do it. Damn, I should really take my own advice! lol

    - - Cut out as much soda as you can [perferably ALL soda]

    - - 30 minutes [at least] of exercise 5days a week.

  • don't go on a diet. diets don't work. it's been proven over and over again. If you want lasting results you don't "go on a diet" you CHANGE your diet and your eating habits.

  • I would start with simple changes.
    Don’t buy junk food
Walk, or do other exercise, for at least 20 minutes a day, at least 3 times a week.
Make sure that you are drinking enough water, at least 8 8oz glasses a day.
Eat an apple or big pile of veggies before meals.
Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, in at least 3 different colors.
Eat 5-6 servings of whole grains a day.
Eat at least two servings of legumes a day.
Cut way back on meat and dairy
