Anybody have a great salad dressing recipe?

Now that summer is here we're eating salads almost every day, and I am sick of store bought dressings. I'd love some that don't use oil. Does anyone have a favourite?

  • i use three splashes of citrus juice, (any assortment of kinds) one squeeze of mustard and a splash of raspberry vinegar, start whisking....stream in olive oil, whisking constantly, until a dressing forms... You can do this in a blender if its easier, Taste, season with salt, pepper, and honey or sugar if you like.

  • Combine all ingredients except the olive oil. It will not seperate if you slowly drizzle in the oil while whisking.

  • Sorry. I realize you said no oil. You could replace the oil with yogurt and get good results.
