  • Fruits in the morning, during the day good veggies, low carbs, fish and poultry and run after my active child. Exercise is key. I used to run five miles a day but now I'm running non-stop.

  • eating all natural, and working out. getting outside in the fresh air and sunshine to work out helps a lot!

  • I use Limbaslim olfactory hypnosis to help me stay on the straight and narrow. It makes me eat right and when I eat right that gives me energy and lets me work out. So far I've lost 24lbs and gone from an 18 to a 14. Considering I've been trying to lose weight for almost 20 years now (since my early teens) I recommend Limbaslim to everyone now.

  • Low carb diet (NOT no carb). I can drop weight quickly and feel GREAT if I follow a low carb meal plan with plenty of veggies and lean meats and low fat dairy. Cut out the bread, pasta, potatoes & rice! Oh, and no sodas or fruit juices are a given.

  • Low carb, lots of veggies and chicken, very little red meat.
    Daily workout, lots of water, and I like to walk and hike.

  • I have lost 97lbs by eating clean (cutting out processed foods) and exercising. no gimmicks, no tricks, no magic solution!
