  • I usually have oj, salad during the day and veggie at dinner. Sometimes the snack will be apple or a fruit smoothie and I'm trying to add stuff like tomatoes/lettuce to sandwiches when I have them. :) I'm trying and I'm aware of it. And I'm happy that you asked now. :)

  • Working on it and I'm thinking on a good path when my 5 yr old is asking me for radishes

  • No. I'm unable to do that. We're jobless. And I don't know what to eat anymore! Nothing tastes good.

  • - Easily! One half cup of fruit or veggie is a general rule of measurement. It's very easy to get 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 c. of fruits or veggies a day, especially if you add a salad to a meal. A handful of carrot or pepper sticks or raw broccoli or cauliflower with dip, 1/2 c. frozen blueberries or strawberries or melon as a snack or made into a smoothie, 1 apple, 1/2 banana, broccoli salad, mixed veggie salad, sweet potato oven fries.

White potatoes and corn don't count. They're more starch than anything.
