  • Chicken Supreme
    Chicken and Rice

    3 or 4 chicken breasts
    11/2 cups of rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 soup cans of water
1 package of Lipton onion soup
Place rice on the bottom of a large baking dish. Pour half of the soups and water mixed over rice. Then arrange chicken pieces over soup and water mixture. Then pour remaining soup/water mixture on top. Sprinkle Lipton soup over all.

Bake until chicken is done. Usually about 1 hour at 350 degrees.

  • How many do you have to feed?

    Grilled chicken
    Chicken & rice casserole
Cook the meat, remove it and shred it. Add BBQ sauce and serve on toasted buns

If you only have 2 or 3 of you to feed:
Cook the carcass and remove the remaining meat. Use it in a casserole or skillet meal similar to Chicken helper or make chicken stew and dumplings
With the breasts, you can make homemade chicken strips or chicken alfredo or chicken Parmesan or in stir fry or make sesame or teriyaki chicken.
With the legs, you can grill them, use them in chicken & rice, or in chicken Pierre (I have the recipe if you want it) and serve over rice.
