I am having trouble having a BM ever since I had my 2.5 year old.

it started last Sunday June 20 I had to go and couldn't after 3 days I finally took a laxitive I only went 4 times then 2 days later still couldn't go took another laxitive (I don;t want to keep taking them) I have also take lots of water, gatorade, apple juice and this stuff starts with an M forget the name it is an orange drink and I still can't go. I am not cramping or anything just fee like I have to go and can't. What else is there to make me go? Why can't I go?

  • get some good probiotics from a helath food store. eat lots of veggies, have a salad made from really thick greens, like collards, swiss chard or kale, spinach and romaine too! eat brown rice.
    cut back on sugar and processed foods and dairy.
    if this doesn't work things out for you, maybe you should get things checked out.

  • Make sure that you are drinking enough water, at least 8 8oz glasses a day.
    Eat an apple or big pile of veggies before meals.
    Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, in at least 3 different colors.
    Eat 5-6 servings of whole grains a day.
    Eat at least two servings of legumes a day.
    Cut way back on, or eliminate, meat and dairy
