  • We do, every week. It's automatically deposited into our account from his paycheck so we don't even see it. When we first decided to start depositing like that it was scary. We already live on a tight budget, but we found ways to make it work. I feel much better having a savings account to fall back on in an emergency.

  • No - we are in the process of finishing off our 3rd floor, so all of our extra money that would normally go into savings is going into insulation, drywall, etc.

  • Heck no!! We've got a destination wedding to go to this month so our savings is being drained rather than growing :( We'll tighten our belts up when we get home though and get saved up pretty quickly I hope.

  • A little. We budget it in, so we can't touch it (well we COULD but we don't). I am budgeted $70 a week for groceries, too.
