I have several new employees on my staff. They are just past the training phase, and all seem to be excellent workers. I would like to start a suggested reading list, and maybe even purchase a book for everyone to promote growth and personal satisfaction after the newness of the job wears down.
The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, by Stephen Covey
It's a well read buisiness world classic!
