  • Never. I'm lazy. I might walk once in a while, but I don't bust out a buns of steel DVD and go to it.

  • 6 days per week...period. I run a few miles, and right now I'm doing Insanity. I start month 2 today. I'm going to do Fit Test #3 in a few minutes as a matter of fact.

  • Yes....everyday in some form. I usually run about 3 times a week and cycle in between that. I go for a long walk daily with my 2 year old. I am not someone who can sit still I love being active.

  • Typically, I work out 5-6 times per week. 3-4 of intense cardio, 1-2 of weight lifting/sculpting, and 1 day of something easy like swimming at the pool with my kids or doing 45 minutes of yoga and stretching.

  • Not really. I used to do yoga while I was pregnant and after I had my youngest but not anymore. I'll probably start yoga again when I get pregnant again. My exercise routine now just involves cleaning my house and playing with my kids.

  • I lift weights with a universal gym. I don't lift heavy amounts. I want to look toned and not like Arnold in his Mr. Universe days. Right now, I swim laps. Swimming is a great whole body workout.

  • I don't exercise as much as i used to, but I do walk a couple miles about 4-5 times per week. I also do some sporadic dancing while I clean( with my music blasting of course) , lol!
